dBase download from Lowes

Lowes currently has the ability to download item by item from their webwsite www.lowes.com. I'm looking to be able to either download all pricing for a store or to download all pricing for a specific item list. The best format for this download will be into a .csv file or a file that can be readily integrated with excel. The specific dBase items I'm in need of are price and description. As part of the bid, let me know if there is any canned software that will need to be purchased to run this application.
