A online property management calendar. PHP or SQL Based - Cheap

Project Description: I am looking for something like this [login to view URL], Directly aimed at the "Multi Property Multi Unit" Would need to be user friendly that I myself could add extra properties easily, I would like to attach a few different pieces of information to each booking. My client is fairly particular and would like it done exactly to specs. Would like the option to write notes in each day box if required. Obviously the idea is to scroll down the page of potentially hundreds of properties and very quickly we would be able to see what is booked and what is available.
