plugin or add on for my word press sitt

I have a website called [login to view URL] on the site in 'photo gallery page' on the right hand side (in the column) I want to select a city/town, and when a particular city/town is selected it will appear at the top of the page above proposed photo's. When the city/town appears on the top of the photo's, another drop down box next to it will locate where the venue is where the photos have been taken for that particular venue telling the user where/how to find their photos in the venue! it's that simple!
