The site when uploaded should be visible on [login to view URL] I want a template which can be modified in several ways. The template should be simple, yet attractive, and unclustered, similar to <[login to view URL]> without the intro flash page- and kind of cool like <[login to view URL]> . In the above example, I want to be able to add, delete, or modify: 1. links on the side panel where you see 'loan products' etc. [login to view URL] the logo banner (seen on top) if required [login to view URL] body content in each page as required after the first run done by you. This includes my ability to add new pics easily. I should be able to do this using a console manager and also through the back end easily. I will need strong search capability to search from FAQ knowledge base that needs to be set up. Whatever we later add in the database should also be easily searched. I need a form for registration and ordering of certain services / courses we will be offering. I will need this to be secure transaction, which may need SSL implementation. I need the website to be SEO compliant and easily seen by browsers by using broad search queries/ key words. Ofcourse we will pay for buying the SEO licences/software, we only wnat the site to be designed in such a fashion that it does not have to be rebuilt. We also want you to have the capabilty to do the SEO implementation later and obviously you will be our preferred choice to implement SEO at the time we are ready since you will know our site best. The site should be compatible to unix, mac, and ms os. Meaning it should open any of these environments. The site should be compatible to Internet explorer,firefox, and other popular browsers, all versions. I have attached a file that will give you an idea of our logo concept colors. i prefer the orange majority color that the gray scale. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform explained above
