CRM system in PHP - Help me choose one!

I need someone to evaluate all available CRM (Customer relationship management) solutions out there that conform to the criteria below. You will; 1. make a short list of 3 programs for me to choose from. 2. Make sure that an online demo is available for me to demo/preview it 3. Parse our existing customer database into the new system once we've chosen which one is best. Criteria; 1. CRM system must have an easy interface to use for dumb salespeople 2. System must have a sales funnel approach with lead tracking 3. Must be able to produce lead status reports 4. Must be open source/free 5. Must be in PHP and mysql 6. The CRM system should be able to act as a email handler for issue tracking/sales leads - that is, when a potential customer contacts us by email, it should go into the contact file for that customer automatically. Alos, if I should be able to reply to the query using the CRM system and that reply should be logged. 7. Should be a stable version of the program, not a beta. 8. Must be able to predefine activities, such as 'call' or 'left a message' or 'replied to email' or 'send campaign material' 9. Must be able to do reports on marketing campaign effectivess.
