Cartoon Animation Needed

Ok, I need an extremely good animation artist to make me a few animations. You know those stick people animations? Real simple stick men doing those like kick moves, etc. Well I have supplied 1 of the characters I will be needing. I will obviously include the rest if I accept your bid. They will pretty much all look like the one I have included, slight change. I will include the text that will be needed and what will be happening. The animations will need to be approx. 3-5 minutes in length.
