Customize Facebook and Twitter plugin with CSS to match website theme(repost)

I need for you to customize the style of the Facebook Like box plugin and Twitter Profile Widget plugin to match the theme of my website. I believe can be done through CSS but I need help doing it. See below link: [login to view URL] 2. Currently left navigation does not stretch with body of website causing plugins to overlap past the footer. You must edit left navigation to allow page to stretch normally so content does not overlap. 3. The site is only about 17 HTML pages only but I prefer you add a server side include file for left navigation so we do not have to edit so many pages everytime we need to make a small change to it. I have setup server to parse HTML as PHP so you can use PHP include for this. 4. Please submit prior work/portfolio with your bid.
