I need someone to work as a consultant to help write the request for bids in these 2 areas. 1)Database Development 2)Website Design Between you asking questions about what we are looking for, and us telling you what we are looking for we want a complete, specific request for bid drawn up in both of these categories. It may take a few hours in a chat room with us to get this information down. We have bids out for these on this site but are looking for the most specific request that we can get to cover our liability on the project. If we are satisfied with your proposals you will be a front runner in both of these requests. Please write me with any questions you may have. Please note: Must have extensive knowledge in database and website development and hosting. Professional references may be requested. Non-disclosure will need to be signed after acceptance of bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional guidelines and explanations for our database and website development in the health care realm. 2)Written guidelines in Word format. 3)Complete information (in Word format and English) on all options for Database development, Website design, website hosting, and database hosting with benefits and disadvantages of each. 4)Extensive online comminucation with us until we are satisfied with information given. 5)Email communication with current bidders concerning Database development, Website design, website hosting, and database hosting to help choose our best bid. You are eligible for this after completion of project. 6) Due date will be set for 5/20/03. This pertains to gathering of info from us and us from you...and write ups in all categories.
