Changes in Blog.(repost)(repost)

The blog is [here][1] You have to make the following changes in the theme within 12 hours .. 1. Increase the width of the text area. The sidebar is too fat and the text area is too slim; looks weird? 2. Beautify the text of Popular Posts, they look all messed up. Look at this link for what I am looking for: [login to view URL] Align them and add a row between any two of them. 3. Reduce the height of the header as much as possible. 4. Incorporate the links to homepage and others, search field and a “good looking?? picture for Follow Me, inside the header. For idea, check this link please: (so you will also have to crop the header from sides and keep its width equal to the width of the text area) [login to view URL] It would be great if you could create a blue ribbon and add the links inside it. In this link, you can see in the top right corner, there is a Google+ button inside the ribbon. We will have internal links instead of Google+. 5. Also change the font to match the one as in the above link. Weird, currently the numbered bullets do NOT appear even when I apply them and unnumbered bullets appear to be clumsy, like this “>>??. I want them to look like a small dot “.??. 6. Remove "Recent Posts" 7. Remove the arrow (->) at the end of sidebar. 8. Fix the ‘Social Share’ floating bar at the left (twitter, Facebook stuff)… it goes fine with the maximized window but if you restore it down, the bar jumps in the middle of the text area. 9. Replace the box (that appears at the end of every post, just above the comments) which has text like ‘xyz was posted on Tuesday, September 27th, 2011 at 6:13 pm. This post is tagged xyz and is filed under xyz. You can follow the replies through..’ with a small ‘About Me’ box. see this link [login to view URL]
