Conversion / Upgrade of two Access V2 systems into a single VB6 System 1. Two Access V2 (16 bit) systems to be converted to a single new VB6 system 2. Both systems are designed for real estate salespeople. Currently there is a Contacts system for keeping track of prospects, sellers, etc and sending them letters and emails, and a Salesperson Listings system for searching for properties for sale. These two to be combined in the new system. 3. MUST link to data in it’s own Access database with option to use Microsoft SQL database instead 4. MUST be capable of displaying and printing JPG photos as part of reports ??" single record reports as well as with multi-record reports. JPG photos to be retrieved from disk subfolder as required. 5. Preferably using Crystal Reports OCX for reports. 6. New routine for software expiry to be included ??" based on date of last data import 7. New routine to license the new system to be included 8. Approx 5 New Reports required 9. Must include support for DDE/OLE links to Word 10. Current Access V2 systems have  Approx 35 tables  Approx 70 forms  Approx 90 queries  Approx 30 Reports in total 11. Must have ability to send reports with photos via simple MAPI email ??" ideally in PDF format. 12. Main System Functions in current systems include :  View Multiple Contacts and filter and search for specific groups of contacts, with ability to use results in reports as well as mailmerge option  View, Edit or Add a single contact record with ability to generate Word letter from the detailed screen and enter activities against the contact and print activities for a contact.  View multiple property listings and filter and search for specific groups of records, with ability to use results in reports, as well as CMA functions and mailmerge option  View full details of one selected property listing and 1. print flyers in several formats including jpg photos 2. Generate Word letters from property listing to vendor 3. Enter activities against a property listing and print activities for a property  Ability to match property listings against contact requirements and generate a report and mailmerge file with option to email PDF document containing property info and photo to contacts with matching requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win95 and upwards ## Deadline information Need someone with time to devote to this, including weekends if necessary.
