Access Project/ SQL backend conversion

We have a working application that is written in an Access Data Project running on a microsoft SQL server. The application includes approximately 45 forms most with little or no code behind them and 38 reports. The application has 8 stored procedures and 10 views. We have merge replication setup on the application. The application is designed to allow users to collect data thoughout their home areas and at night synchronize with the main SQL server via the internet. This project includes 3 parts. 1st Convert the front end from an Access Data Project to VB.net 2nd Convert the backend from MSSQL to MySQL 5.0 3rd Create installer package so that the application can be installed on a machine We will be available via email (and or messenger) for any questions throughout the duration of this project. All questions will be answered within 24 hours. Potential Coders must be available via MSN messenger (or other messenger client) We expect the application to be complete on or before the completion date. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) $50 per day late fee for missing the deadline ## Platform Windows XP for the client side of application Linux for the MySQL 5.0 database
