We are looking to develop a Call Center application using .Net Framework. This application will allow sales people to quickly enter information about their activities such as calls,e-mail messages, etc.
I have attached a file containing the layout of the main screen and its functions.
We will provide you with Sql Server views to be used to access and update data using this application.
Additionally, we want to integrate a third party CRM application called Goldmine. I can give you the Goldmine API files. We have also developed a custom dll component that you may use to access Goldmine API easily. This component was written in .Net.
We would like to develop a flexible application that does not depend on Goldmine. It should work with any kind of Sql Server database - not just Goldmine.
Even though it is not necessary, we would like to develop this application as multi-tier application if possible. Also the coder should create reusable components if possible so that they can be used in future projects.
We want to develop a long term relationship with the coder so the coder may get more projects in the future.
W-systems Corp. will retain all rights to the Call Center application.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
