Complete School Administrative Software

I need a school management system which will be able to manage a school ie Primary and Secondary school, the system should have the following modules, Student details(all student records like Class, subjects, religion,perfomance, decipline etc) , Parents, Staffs (responsibilities and qualifications), Fees Payment, Payroll, Perfomace of students & promotion, Library, Attendence, Timetable, the examinations module should be able to calculate grade score, subject grades, reports on the exam marked sheets, subject performance analysis, exam overall analysis, class results and many others. The Financial part, the software has to calculate school balances per students, run basic profit and loss analysis, run an analysis on the age of the balances etc. One of key features of the software as to be the ability to pull grades from records and then print out a report Cards on a performance of every student etc i need it to produce financial report with a chart of accounts, trial balance, Profit & Loss, etc.

On the setup option,the user should be able to enter the School name, address, e-mail and the school Logo, this information is to appear in all the system reports generated and should not be changeble by the end user.

It should be both MS SQL Server 2000 & Access as the back end.

The system should be in position to show the grades and indicate a students position in class.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I need this system to coded in Visual basic 6.0 and the front end, reports in crystal reports, and the backend i SQL Server 2000 & Access 2003 (two different database options) I also need a good user interface (GUI).

I need the system to be a multi-user.

Help and user manual, help should be in html format (chm) wth all the source html documents.
