1) I have an Excel spreadsheet ([login to view URL]) that needs to be converted to OpenOffice version 1.1 ([login to view URL]).
-This spreadsheet has Objects, Marcos, Forms, Modules and Command Buttons that will all need adjustments so the newly converted file works exactly as the current Excel version.
-There are 4 other Excel files that will also need to be converted but they do not contain Macros etc so OpenOffice should handle the conversions for you (please verify that the conversion works properly).
-There are two files (htm) that are created by Macros and samples of them are included in the attachment.
2) There is a command button called "Make a Report". The current coding for this does not take into account weekends or holidays. I would like to have this fixed. Sometimes the manufacturing plant works on the weekends/holidays and sometimes it does not. Perhaps a seperate worksheet (in the same workbook) where I can specify what days in a calender year are weekends/holidays?
3) The current command button "Make a Report" creates a listing (on each "Panic List") for each salesperson "#7 Jobs that require us to pick-up extra material from Winfield". When I run this command, I would like it to create a new worksheet (not salesperson specific) that creates the #7 listing but lists the combined #7 data from all of the salespersons.
4) I would like a new command button created that would produce a delivery schedule (worksheet) in a similar format as the "Panic List". See the worksheet "Del" for a sample.
History:
The spreadsheet is used for tracking orders at a manufacturing plant and the sheet "Feb00--Jan31" is the main sheet where new data is input and existing data is revised daily. The data is sorted so jobs that are not completed are at the top of the page.
When you unzip the attached files, you will need to place them in a directory called C:/AcuTruss/Orders.
Note: You can download a copy of OpenOffice for free at: [login to view URL]
Good Luck!
