Cost Monintoring System

i am looking for a programmer that would be able come up with a cost monintoring system in Visual Basic. Using Excel spreadsheets, i have an invoice spreadsheet, an actual spending spreadsheet, a projected spreadsheet and perhaps a spreadsheet for charts. I like to be able to able to update the actual spending with reference to the invoices with just the click of a button. Needless to say, its all macros. The idea is to get the cost details in the "actual spending" into a list box or combo box in the "invoices" so that they would be categorised into their respective categories. Then when the invoices data are keyed in and a button is clicked, the data in the invoices spreadsheet would update to the actual spending spreadsheet according to their months in which they are paid. Thus the months display would have to be dynamic, i.e. the user would enter the start date and end date and then the months would generate. Also, a function to convert currencies would also be neeeded.
