DirectX and DXF

I have around 10 DXF files of some 3D Parts that I need converted to "X Files" so I can view these in an Existing VB Application that allows me to Render the 3D Part in various colours and also using the mouse to rotate and zoom around the Part. When the Project is Finished I need to know what software is required to produce the "X File" so that if I have modifications of the DXF files I can re-Create the new "X File" myself. I will supply the VB App. and sample "X Files" to the Coder I feel is experienced enough to complete the Project. The Coder also needs to understand VB6 as there will be some changes to the original VB Sources as a paid Bonus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, Windows XP
