BETA Security/Function Testers Needed

Need someone to test out and help improve the PHP/MySQL functionality of a data processing HTML form. Need someone to test text fields and SQL query's to make sure they cannot be tampered. Need to make sure errors are non-existant and the form does not have SQL query errors Need to get all number fields to only allow numbers, email fields to allow only email addresses, etc.
