APP Programming

I need programming on an application, that has 3 parts, so its first Hybrid Auth, then the app its self will be Facebook development, Google apps, and web development. Only a very skilled person need apply. I am serious about this project and ready to put it together. Programmer will be required to show proof of his abilities. No hacks I will require a code writer, and your own code, app will require that no possible underlying code (cut and paste code) interfere with the app, and do not want someone coming in later and filing suite that their code is in my app. The initial project will be the test, then we go from there. The first project Built a rotating setup of : 1. a list of websites that when you click a link to say a single domain you are sent to a list of say 10-20 websites and in order and the program you write will server a website in that list in a rotation order. flow, Person is sent to the single url, then they are forwarded to the database of 10-20 website urls, and then sent to website one, next person clicking the single url link is forwarded to the database of 10-20 website urls and sent to website 2, etc etc all the way through the list in order, when at the end, the next person goes to website 1, on and on... I will give you access to a ftp, and database, and pay $30 for the working completed task.
