Add Features to a PHP Ladder Script

Need someone who understands code from a ladder script. I need to add features to the current code: - Confirmation of results before after the winner inserts the score. (now the script automatically validates the win after a user inserts a score, but i need to have a new page to create the pending matches so that only after the oponents validate that score it can be inserted in the rankings)
