Adult web design and web programming (HTML/PHP/MySQL)

First of all thanks for taking an interest in my project. Secondly, the budget given is just an estimate and you may provide any price for this project. We’re a company specializing in creating individual web design and web programming solutions for our customers. However, we’re currently overwhelmed with work and that’s why we’re seeking an experienced company/individual who has a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in the fields of web design and web programming. In this role you’ll be responsible for developing and designing an adult web site for one of our clients. Aside from excellent HMTL and CSS skills which are essential for the design process you must also have excellent knowledge of PHP and MySql as the site will be based on these technologies. The site will be quite similar to a site that already exists ([login to view URL]) and must have the very same features. This site, which can be considered as a phone book for adult premium rate numbers, allows premium rate number operators (=ad buyers) to sign up for an account and buy ads for their numbers which are then displayed on the site. Customers visiting the site can then see all the ads purchased by the premium rate number operators (=ad buyers). Additionally, each premium rate number ad can be assigned to a certain category which is displayed on the left side of the website (below the category box, special ads can be seen). As mentioned above, the site must have the same features but must NOT have the same design in order to avoid possible copyright issues. However, a creative, impressive and jaw-dropping design of the site is of utmost importance as the site must be visually appealing to its customers and visitors. Additionally the site must be SEO friendly (Menubar links should be in text form and not images, etc.). Summarized the site must have the following features: -Same features as the site which already exists ([login to view URL]) -Impressive and jaw dropping design - Possibility for premium rate number operators to sign up for a free account and buy their desired ad package from their Login area (this will be created dynamically using PHP and MySQL as database to store the information) - Purchased ads are then displayed on the site and should be assigned to a certain category. The menu of the Login area for the premium rate number operators (=ad buyers) must contain the following: - Personal information (here the ad buyer can edit his personal information such as address, email, login password). - Create ad (Here the ad buyer should be able create his desired ad. He should be able to (1) upload a picture, (2) enter a small description and (3) enter the number of the premium rate number that he wants to advertise on the site). On the bottom of this area, the ad buyer should be able to select his preferred payment option; payment options include PayPal and standard money transfer. If the ad buyer pays via PayPal his/her ad should be displayed instantly (which means an automated PayPal API). If he/she chooses to pay via money transfer the ad won’t be displayed until the website owner gives his OK by confirming the request via the admin menu - Campaign section (here the ad buyer should be able to view or edit his current campaigns and view his/her invoices) - Contact section (here the ad buyer should be able to find a contact form to contact the site owner if needed) The admin area for website owner must contain the typical admin settings: - Customers (here, the website owner should be able to view and edit the details of all registered ad buyer) - Open Campaigns (here, the website owner should be able to view and edit all premium rate number ad campaigns; editing means the owner should be able to edit every detail, delete or extend an ad or “release” it if the ad campaign was paid for via money transfer and not PayPal) - Payment section (here, the website owner should be able to view all payments received via PayPal and money transfer; if the ad was paid for via money transfer (and not PayPal) the website owner must be able to indicate that the payment was received (e.g. by checking a check box, etc.) to "release" the ad purchased by the ad buyer. - Affiliate section (here the website owner should be able to generate link codes for affiliates to advertise the site and set the affiliate commission structures, etc.) Summarized, the website will be designed using HTML and CSS and the login/admin area will be based on PHP/MySQL. Note: That site doesn’t need a CMS or other extra fancy features, so it’s just the “basics”; however the site needs to have clean HMLT/CSS/PHP code! Once the project commences we’ll provide you a free web hosting account which includes everything you need for developing and deploying the site. Experienced web designers/developers should be able to realize this project relatively easily and can fully unleash their creativity as we don't set any design or programming restrictions!
