We are looking to build a site for a new multi country market that will allow separate control per country (to be franchised) so market can log in and control their own customers / coupons and marketing strategy. Site will be auction site like ebay / trade me.co.z but require the ability for store fronts, specialists sections for property / automotive etc mobile integration potentially and the ability to sell physical coupons to top up users accounts Pref in Joomla 1.7 but not essential
