Automotive Application Sites

Here is one of our current auto loan sites. As you can see there are around 7 pages, however they are not all really complete pages. In reality one page is rather important and then there is a form design page (used for two pages), a thankyou page and some contact, etc pages that use simple designs.:

Please use "demo0" as a zip code so that it will not generate a real application in our system. This site uses a special method to ensure that the banner on the left in the pages after the index page stays in screen if the user scrolls down.

We later developed a different method to do this in our mortgage sites where the form and not the page scrolls. Here is one of those sites; please again use "demo0".

Again we are looking for bids on doing Automotive Application Sites that are custom to the sitename and associated toll free phone number. The bulk of the work will be Layout, Image Titles and animations. We prefer the newer method with the scrolling form but the older method is acceptable also although it places more of a design limitation.
