Looking for someone to create and help deploy a simple static (e.g. only required HTML+CSS, no database, no cgi scripts) webpage, appoximately 8 pages linked to eachother via a menu. Some design will be quired to make it look professional, though we can give a pretty good idea of the layout. We can supply 1. a powerpoint with the approximate layout and all the content. 2. We will supply graphics (for header and a few images) 3. An example website looking approximately like what we want. e.g. [login to view URL] (though our website will not require the top set of Tabs, only the menu down the left. We will also not require the changing photo pane. Essentially we want it looking good, but not have to do to much. Quote should be for complete job, and optionally an hourly rate for amendments going forward. We will want all source code and will want to be able to test before it goes live.
