Basic Wordpress Page type & Rewrite rules in htaccess

There are two parts to this project. You must be able to do both. A bit of background to the project. We are a web hosting company with our domain name (for example [login to view URL]). We are hosting several one-page websites for our customers. The first part of this project is this: We need to create a wordpress page-type that shows up in the CMS under a heading "LiteSite" where you can "add new" or "view existing". Once on this page, there are a number of fields required in the CMS: Business Name Web Address Physical Address Phone Numbers Opening Hours Logo (attach image) Intro text Services Offered Facebook fan page URL Drop down box to select colour schemes, or manually set 'text', 'background' and 'link' colours. This page will be be able to be accessed on our website by going to [login to view URL] That is the first part of the project. Very straight forward, just need a bunch of variables on a page type and then need the template file done which pulls out all these variables. Don't need the css or design of this template done, just the coding for it - we'll take care of the design. The second part of this project is modifying the htaccess file so that when people visit [login to view URL] we want the server to serve [login to view URL] BUT the url must stay cloaked as "[login to view URL]". We have thought of using an iFrame - but for SEO reasons we want this done on the server. It may be a case of when a new page is added through the CMS it addes a new line to the htaccess file that says something like "if domain is [login to view URL] then server [login to view URL]" Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
