Bing Shopping Data Feed for Zen Cart

I need someone to create a Data Feed creator for Bing Shopping. It should be a php and query my products and create a feed file that I can upload to Bing Shopping. I have already have a google base data feed creator if that help. Also, I purchased this Bing Data Feed creator from MagneticOne. [login to view URL] I attatched the install instructions to the one I purchased. I also attached the actual file so you guys can tinker with it. Remember, you do not HAVE to use the one I purchased. I only care that a data feed gets created that is compatible with bing shopping. I dont care how you do it. Im cannot pay more than $50 for this. Keep that in mind while bidding.
