This project requires the development of a website with functionality very similar to ODesk, Elance, and VWorker (how it used to function). The nature of the website will be a reverse auction process, and will require a coding team with the following areas of knowledge: 1. Experience coding a reverse auction/bidding website 2. Experience coding payment and payment escrow functions 3. Experience with rating/feedback functions In bidding on this project, please ensure the following: 1. You have coded with the above functions previously, and are completely familiar with coding payment escrow functions, database coding, arbitration models, rating systems etc. 2. You are able to bid within the budget parameters noted. 3. You are completely (100%) familiar with the VWorker/Elance/Odesk business model. 4. You are able to work on the design, aesthetics and imagery (including logo design and development). To ensure the code is bug-free, I would prefer original coding, as oppose to the use of pre-coded scripts. A full breakdown of the requirements of each module and each user are included in the attachments. Also included is a breakdown of a sample flow-chart which can be used when developing the site. Web development project type: New Website Client side or server side development: Both Specific programming languages desired: Coder can propose their choice (should be same as Odesk uses) Desired website or component functionality: Buyer/seller interaction. Payment escrow Feedback and rating system. All other features which would be included in the scripts noted above.
