Building a website for online store

Hi, I want to get a website build up which is basically an online store, we will cater to our customer orders from website. The requirements as per current understanding are as below, however there can be more updates based on learnings and inputs. User Requirement 1. Users should be able to use the site from any Web browser(IE/Mozilla). 2. New users to the site must be able to register by themselves. (unique UserID/Password) 3. Users should be able to view a complete list of products available. 4. Searching mechanisms for easy and quick access to particular product. 5. User should be able to select and add multiple products in multiple quantity and add them to the cart. 6. User should be able to modify the cart before finalizing the order/ payment. 7. Users should be able to view the status of items they have ordered. 8. Transactions should be secure. That is, a basic authentication mechanism must be built into the application to prevent unauthorized persons from making transactions(SSL). 8. Must have gateway to paypal & all popular credit cards. 9. Integration with social networking site facebook, twitter and blogs and youtube videos. 10. Online chat facility/ May I help you option. Administrator requirement 1. Admin should be able to make addition & changes to existing items.(picture uploading) 2. Admin should be able to view all user transactions. 3. Admin should be able to see all orders and their status. 4. Admin should be able to delete/edit user profiles. 5.
