Building website from Excel workbook

I have an Excel workbook that i built that keeps users bowling scores. I now need to converted the excel workbook into a webpage form that also performs the calculations listed in the Excel Workbook. This Excel Workbook has several worksheets. The webpage will need to have the ability to add data dynamically. For example i would like the ability for the user to come into the site an add say "6" bowlers to his sheet. The webpage will need to dynamically add in the bowlers and keep track of the score. Basically this is an excel workbook now digitized to an online webform.
