Change Website Design - WOW Factor

I currently have 3 websites that are based off the same template. They are kind of boring. I need a designer to give them a real WOW FACTOR! I want to make them look amazing because they are lead generation sites and the current design is kind of flat. There is a current flash header which needs to be redone with really nice images that get the point across, design a really nice logo for all 3 sites, add graphics to all 3 sites, redo the template (make it really pop out and be eye-catching), and add whatever you feel it is necessary to make the site look great! All 3 sites are basically the same but just with a slightly different theme. The pages are currently in .html. You can make the pages however you want, but I want the ability to go back and add/change text at a later time. These 3 sites are a start and we are going to continue making similar sites. I'm looking for someone who can really impress us with a design and hopefully create a long-term relationship for these projects.
