Codeigniter: Develop PHP Website , Scrape The Android Market

Job Description Hi looking for experience php programmer to develop my website , right now im looking the correct person to make my website working with php work , want to running site like appbrain dot com . ( i will provide 3 pages and 1 admin page html design ) must scrape data from android market to show up any details i need for this website ( something like what appbrain dot com do ) and need it auto update when new data have been added or deleted I need my website have function like: - each profile must have option to add: - full name - email - own photos - can signup or login using facebook , twitter , google - Have control panel for - admin can do: - update / add/ delete / ban - android application - banner advertising section - view logs - change password - any related that admin must have. - end user: - can do add favorite android application / comment / do list - get the latest android apps information and details Code must be in nice structure for php code and mysql code ( i dont want the code that hard to handle when need to edit soon ) and must have a good site map function so google , yahoo , bing can craw my website faster. i will lets u know what features i forgot , thanks pls contact me at PM to discuss
