Complex mobile app/website

----------READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BID----------- I need a full series of "apps" for a website to run on all major devices, operating systems, and browsers (smart phones by android, apple, blackberry, and Microsoft-and any other relevant in the marketplace). The same goes for tablet use, laptop use, and of course desktop use. Unlike any other real estate related website I have purposely forced myself to design this one first for use on smart phones, with all their size and functionality constraints. Then we'll allow the same site to function on all other devices-just probably bigger-and with a mouse instead of a touch screen. I desire a very clean, intuitive, minimalist design-with a little cool/edgy factor. So looks are important. The attached document is very rough, particularly from a visual perspective. I need your artistic creativity, and knowing when absolute minimalism is best and when a touch of sizzle is needed. Because we limit the information on each screen-as much as we can, what is there needs to make a lasting visual impact. Ideally you will provide me with a quality mockup of the attached REalMARKABLE story board of any of the following pages: 1, 15, 34, 45. The look, feel, and function are all vital, and seeing your artistic vision upfront helps. Of course demonstrating your technical skills in designing a complex site across many mobile devices is equally vital. The end user site will also use video for our "help" functions. So the ability to ensure fast perfection in their performance is required. Please show me projects you have technically completed like this one along with your excellent skills in minimalist and engaging UI. Thank you for putting together a solid proposal.
