We are looking for someone to create our business a new website. We want something that looks classy and attractive but is predominately functional. It must be multi platform viewable from IOS and mobile devices so would rather stead away from design that will Inhibit this. We use an accounting package called quick books which needs to be able to upload products and qty of stock through a daily update which we can perform manually each day either through use of an OBDC connector or through use of a CSV report we can export from our accounting package ourself. Through this stock much be able to be put into categories based on the item stock code for example NBSONYVAIOX17 must be put into the category of notebooks automatically using a rule or similiar which knows NB products are notebooks. We are happy to upload photos for products manually but must be simple for staff to do. Other pages are pretty standard contact, about, FAQ. Specials page and front page are important and must be easy for staff to update manually and edit items and specials. Also must be easy to update banners etc. products need to show up price, qty in stock etc. ecommerce is preferred so shopping cart and checkout is important, we also prefer designer to pick their preferred cart etc. we are pretty computer savvy so should be easy to communicate with, I would prefer a slightly higher quote with better flexibility than a low quote with no ability to ask for small changes. Would also like someone who can help out in future for small updates and modifications at a cost of course. Please email me if you require further details to quote.
