Construction/Painting Website

Hello my name is Troy and I am looking to have a website setup for my Painting/Construction Business. The Project would consist of: Graphic design of the website Coding in html,php,sql and a flash banner Interior: My goal is to have the customer to be able to enter sq ft of room space with ceiling height's - total windows - type of trim. Ability to upload photos of their homes/rooms. And output a bid on their pc. I also would to be able to have subcontractor forms and uploads of liability & comp certificates. The website should be able to handle uploads of my most current project and past projects and be easy for me to add new photos and information of past jobs. We have logo's and stationary to base an idea from. The website should be uploaded and be live so I can test it and ask for changes to be made before I make payment.
