Hi

I'm looking for an articulate web designer who understands how new websites work - with skill in Wordpress, creating fields for comments, sharing on LI, FB and so on, perhaps even some product pages.

Goal: To extract the content from a current old-fashioned personal mountainnering /adventures website, and transfer it to a new Wordpress-based website with retention of original URL, all file names; so as to allow the owner the ability to update and create future event pages. There are about 19 expeditions featured, some containing a few subpages, two containing many subpages, and the others are mainly a single (overly long) page

Features:

- ability to update it from anywhere including by email

- shareable content with controls

- product page featuring up to six products like books, DVDs etc linked to Paypal

- all image and file names preserved for webmaster reference

- retention of original URL

In short this involves a load of cut and paste, (once a template has been designed), and a general clean up of dead links and de-bugging in the final stages

My current HTML 2.0 website: [login to view URL]

See an example ( not the best) of the new version I would like

Example of website: [login to view URL]

Current blog sub-page: [login to view URL]

Another example ( a bit too 'busy' for my liking):

I will consider some partial progress payments after the initial template is produced, and a) one of the past expeditions is inserted to give me a feel of the quality of the work

Let me know your thoughts
