Create a LAMP website to showcase projects+community forum

Hi there, I am seeking a web developer or web development company with expertise in creating LAMP websites. I want to create a website like [login to view URL] but with a community forum attached to it. The user experience and graphic design are critical and will make or break the site, hence you need to be masters of graphical user interfaces. Please give links to your similar work, a must. The site will have the following sections: 1. Home page (with contact sheet of projects and project categories, featured users) 2. User/Company profile pages (integrated with their question/answers) 3. Project pages for each project which will need to host 4 images of 100kb each 4. Upgrade page with billing/payments 5. Question / Answer forum 6. About / FAQ 7. Blog (optional) I expect a maximum of 1000 users using the site. It would be best to make this as much out of open source or readily available code solutions, since this is for a very niche market. Looking at a developer who has done other LAMP / web community work. Please submit 1. your ideas on how you would approach this project 2. Thoughts about hosting the site to help with its scalability/lack of adoption 3. What it will cost for code and how much to run 4. How much time you would need to have the alpha up and running so testing can begin 5. And recommendations on what open source ready-made applications you would use for the same.
