Create a business web site on Wordpress

I am looking for someone to build my business web site with a Woo Themes template for use with Wordpress. I want to create something cool and hip - and the template I have selected will do that. I have the content already, but need someone who can give it an extra oomph with some hip graphics - and not stock graphics or something u find on istockphoto or such, and add some real value to the theme. I will be having e-commerce too. I already have the domain because the site exists on another web host - im moving. And because of some previous issues, decided to create a new site using Wordpress. KEY: I am looking only for freelancers who are based in the U.S., United Kingdom or Canada. If you are not physically located in the U.S., Canada or the United Kingdom please do not apply - you will not be considered for the gig. You must also use Skype and be able to communicate quickly - understanding the time zone difference. The project will be awarded by August 1.
