Create form for editing trivia questions in MySQL database

I have a database of questions and I need a web interface to edit them. Below is an example of how I store the data when exported to a JSON file. * Each question may have 2 to 4 valid answers * The correct answer is indicated with a > * The edition field should be a set of check boxes that allow me to chose Local and/or Tourist * I would like to add another field for picture. I would like to be able to upload a picture to be used for a question. I would like to be able to enable/disable the question.
