Create a small simple clean professional site.

**********LOOKING TO PAY AROUND $30********** Looking to hire a coder/designer in order to create a clean professional design for an artist. I have the design done and I just need someone to create the site. The coder/designer should be very good in designing and coding galleries. This is a small site, only 4 pages. Very simple - Home, Gallery, About,and Contact. Gallery is the most important as the artist work is displayed. The Home page will only have the Artists name on top, The links to the other pages and about 4 photos of the artists paintings. If you go to [login to view URL] you will see the gallery feature with 4 photos there. I would like this kind of gallery function with about 4 paintings on the home page. Gallery will be similar but want a nice design with thumbnails. I want to make this a successful web site. Also I would like to make this site go live. For instance any tips/hints to make the artist popular on the internet (such as adding keywords tags for search results). Better search results such as on Google. Would like to create a nice gallery thats easy to edit / update and I would like to get instructions on how to do it later on. Please send me any gallery examples you have.
