Create a website with fully customised CMS or WYSIWYG, including booking and payment functionality

Hello, I am looking for an experienced web designer to build a customised consumer facing website with the following features: 1. A service based website that is easy to search amongst offerings (scroll bars, search fields, etc) 2. Built with a back-end CMS that allows for content modules to move around 3. An online booking system that takes payment via Credit Card or PayPal. 4. Consolidates user-supplied images & content into a consistent and standard appearance via the CMS 5. Is mobile/tablet friendly (specifically, optimised for device) and has location-based services enabled. The ideal freelancer is experienced in this area, and can show me a portfolio with the following examples: - An online booking system, such as a Tennis Club or Gym club (including timetables, calendars etc) - A self-onboarding tool for suppliers including a login area - An eCommerce platform that takes secure payment on website - Demonstrate that the desktop site can be converted into tablet or mobile devices. - Unless you have an exceptional template that would fit well in the above example, I do NOT want off the shelf designs. In addition, you will need to demonstrate a strong proficiency of the English language, an ability to work independently, take ownership of the project and make judgment calls if and where needs be. My time is limited here so whilst I will provide you with a comprehensive brief on requirements and any support you need, you will complete key milestones on this project independently.
