Creative Director / Content Manager

I would like to have someone who can make me content for a product website. This website will have around 10 pages totally. this manager must understand basics of html, design, php, ftp and be creative. If i like this job i have 4-5 more sites to let direct. I dont have much time to make content and best teasing sentences. I will pay other company to create everything but i need content and ideas and banners and their content.
