Culinary Website, Joomla Template Design

If you are not an expert in JOOMLA CMS, please do not bid. I am currently creating a culinary site using the Solarflare template. I would like a similar template created for my site (easy to use, clean navigation) but I want to work with a designer who is used to developing templates that do not look like templates, and creating classy and up-to-date looking designs. I need someone with a real feel for design as this site is aimed towards a high-end user base. I also need the modifications to the component Gary's cookbook: [login to view URL] Need the same functionality but tweak the look and feel, as well as fields offered. I will also need a simple restaurant directory module built which would provide for a photo of the restaurant (with the option to add more photos, for premium advertisers), description, address and Google mapping. A lot of the bids I receive are similar, so I'd like to hear more about what you can offer, specifically with regard to template development and design.
