Custom Joomla Component

We are a wedding chapel in Las Vegas. Brides from around the world find us online and reserve a wedding date well in advance of their wedding. We want to create a personalized wedding pages for many of the weddings booked. we want this to be handled through a custom component that works as follows: Once a wedding reservation is made. We want someone here at our chapel to be able to do the following 1. Login to administrator 2. there will be a button on the first page of the admin control panel for new wedding page entry 3. enter the following fields a. bride first name b. bride last name c. groom first name d. groom last name e. wedding date f. main chapel or gazebo g. wedding coordinator h. will they have a wedding video? i. main email address and room for additional email addresses 4. that’s it until the wedding day. It will output what I sent in the wedding page mock up. 5. Send AUTO EMAIL to the email address above with login info to access on the front end. 6. On the wedding date, after the wedding, when you log into the admin area it will have a reminder to add the wedding video (if they have one) and link to the photo slideshow all you will have to do is add vimeo video ID #. a. Wedding video will automatically replace slideshow at the top of the wedding website b. Photo slideshow will be automatically added to the photo gallery. c. NOTE: both above are vimeo videos 7. Frontend will automatically change the wedding date countdown to an anniversary countdown On the front end. They featured couple will have some sort of login where they can do the following 1. add to the wedding time line (WEDDING JOURNAL) 2. add photos – also choose which photos they want to rotate in the top slideshow (until wedding date) 3. pick which items they want to appear in their registry gift list – default will be all. 4. Add facebook and twitter accounts and set to auto post to facebook and tweet to twitter with our tags all up in it. Also thinking about letting their friends comment somewhere and having a place on the clients access area where they can approve or deny new comments. I will detail out the project completely with images of how i want it to work - administrator side / couples customization options for their own wedding page i have included a mock up of how i want the page to operate. it is a slight variation of our currently used template... however with some very key differences. see the attached .jpg and compare with our website [login to view URL] i will also need you to incorporate a currently running component "CUSTOM PROPERTIES" into the new component. this new component will create items into "custom properties" database tables. very simple. again everything will be broken down to exact specifications. looking to spend about $500 for you to connect the dots from my detailed explanation to a clean working joomla component.
