Customizing Premium theme for Wordpress ecommerce store

Specs : Wordpress, Acquisto Theme @ Press75 with Cart66 plugin embedded for inventory and paypal management, IDevAffiliate, other premium plugins Target websites we're keen to emulate : [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Items sold on site : Tech Accessories (ie: Camera bags, Ipad2 cases, Ipod chargers, memory cards) Work needed : 1) We're looking at adding customization and polishing the looks. Customization includes widgetized space between product and footer and footer itself. Prefer if you've creative ideas for art direction. Brownie Points : For having a portfolio and experience in theming Wordpress/ecommerce themes 2) We're also looking to theme the Xenforo forum to match the online store if possible, or at least have close similarities. Also trying to build a better Xenforo to WP bridge, replace the current facebook to wordpress login from widgetized sidebar to menu on top. Long term : We're looking to continue refreshing the site on a quarterly basis. We'll also need designers to work with for banners for affiliates and also forums/advertised spots, brochures, newsletters (delivered via MailChimp), off-line materials to increase customer satisfaction.
