A DJANGO BASIC WEB SITE PROJECT - repost

Hi, I need a basic django site.. in site, there are 1-manager: manage the web site 2- contributers add content via uploading or adding content link 3- users: join the content, listen audio file, or read pdf doc, or watch video, or download them. the site needs: 1- each Contributor has a page to manage content (mp3, pdf, video, word, excel,flash files vs) 2- each Contributor has a page to present the contents to users (wih some categories he created) 3- User can search content in home page, and relational content in different type will be presented in search page. 4- user can listen or watch or read the content OR download the files (here, downloading must be in order. system firstly should take the selected content to user's "wish to download" list, than user can arrange the list, and click the "download" button to download. 5-Contributor can add only link of the content to add content onto the system (from their own system) 6- Contributor can manage user permissions, add user group, invite the users to participate their content, and invited user click the link to sign in, and hold the permission to reach private content if contributor want. 7- User can manage contents selected before (download, delete, send the content link another friend via email), and can be a member of contributes to get new content. Pages generally will be white, and consist of lines, need not so much design. I will send you site pages' image what site page look like. IT IS DJANGO PROJECT the budget is about 100 dolar.
