Dashboard Application - REPOST

This specification is for a web-based application that serves a common dashboard to multiple clients(companies). This application will be accessed through the public internet and hosted on a web server. This application should be built using mysql and php, leveraging cakephp as an application framework. The finished application consists of 8-12 screens, organized into three menus. See the attached specification for detailed requirements including a full screen inventory.
