Dashboard software design WEB

Looking for a software developer to work with me to develop an internal company dashboard. Need to analyze data from various sources based on various queries. Need to have the data hosted. To start with you will work with a CSV file that will import the data into some database then based on the information compute some costs and margins then present it in a nice graphical interface on a website. I'm open to any back end software on this. prefered would be a linux host, apache server and mysql. Then we can run anything whether its ruby on rails, some scripting etc...
