Design Several Wordpress Websites

We are looking for experienced providers that can create HIGH quality Lead Generation Websites with quality landing pages using wordpress for the US payday loan / debt consolidation market. Our budget is $30 total for up to 10 wordpress sites (maybe less). Note that you do not have to create the wordpress templates from scratch. The design must just be professional and convert traffic well. We are looking for high quality sites, a long-term partnership, & high landing page conversion rates! Future work will be given based on website performance... You will use Wordpress to create these sites. You will be responsible for creating the design and layout of the sites and landing pages. The landing pages should convert the traffic to our offers which will require the user to fill out a form. You should have skills in wordpress design and layout, some graphic experience (photoshop/illustrator/gimp), skilled in php/html/css, and good at designing landing pages that convert visitors to fill out forms for our offers.
