Develop a health site

I have gotten a health site designed (Layout/template) I have gotten some content (mySQL DB) provided. Now I need a team that I can guide to finish a Health Website for me, I will tell you what I need and where and you will have full control over everything. I will review your code etc and if It is good upload it to the site and hopefully we can get a medical site that I need up and running. You should be able to install php scripts if required or install them asap and have had experience working on web sites. You will be mostly required to scrape and import the data on the site in a clean way and display it, no graphics are required from your end but you will be required to know: HTML/PHP/MYSQL and how to use HTACCESS (Apache Mod Rewrite) The overall project is easy to do and we will work it out in sections, for example, first we will work with: Exercise then Nutiriton then Disease section etc. Payments will be made progressively, my budget is $1500 total. I will send you a list of all sections I need done upon selection and where to get data from and everything.
