Develop a quiz based game

Need to develop a quiz-based game in html/javascript/php. Please see attached for game mechanic. - objective of the game is to answer as many questions as possible within an allocated time of 45 sec (the time limit might change later) - there will be background music playing throughout the game - each correct answer equates to 1 point - incorrect answer will not have a penalty - each question is randomly picked from a pool of pre-set 15-30 questions - no question should be repeated within a single gameplay - there will be a countdown timer during the gameplay - game is to be played on a big 16:9 touch-screen, therefore app has to be touch-capable
