Developer For Startup Idea -Advanced PHP/CSS/JavaScript

I am currently looking for developers that are open to hearing an idea for a startup site. I would like to run it by some developers and see their thoughts, and if anyone has interest, we could get serious about proceeding to make it happen, partner, and get a beta version up. There is no salary of course, this is a startup concept, ignore the bid amount I set, I had to do that in order to post this. It would all be voluntarily at this point, but of course if you have interest and like the idea, you would see the potential reward. We would be co-owners, and share any capital that we\'d receive. Yes, everything is hypothetical at this point, but I feel its a good startup idea, but I dont have all the technical know how to make it happen, as far as building the website. I have built lots of websites, but I am not that advanced. I am based out of USA, English speaking.
